Why use multiple exposures in Real Estate Photography
When looking for a real estate photographer, multiple exposures are a must.
As a real estate agent, you understand the significance of visual appeal when it comes to selling a property. Not using multiple exposures can have the opposite effect, like the image below. While the composition is the same, the image below poorly represents the room's lighting because I could clearly see through the window when I shot it. You'll also notice that the 2nd image has limited depth and dimension, while the 1st brings the kitchen to the foreground without negating the living room.
Further, windows can be a selling point for a property, offering breathtaking views and natural light. However, without multiple exposures, windows can appear blown out and lose their appeal, failing to captivate potential buyers.
